Sercomgas, entre otros servicios, ayuda a las comercializadoras mayoristas en:

Licencia

Obtención de la licencia para operar bajo la figura de Comercializador de Gas Natural.

Sercomgas lleva a cabo la gestión de procedimientos y trámites necesarios para la autorización y entrega de una licencia de comercializador en el formato establecido.

02.

Soporte

Soporte en todos los procesos de subasta. Interlocución con todas las entidades implicadas: Enagás GTS, Terminales GNL, etc. para la correcta reserva de productos. Análisis de las diferentes alternativas y costes asociados.

03.

Garantías

Cumplimiento de todas las obligaciones de información reglamentarias en relación con la actividad de comercialización de gas en España, a las entidades correspondientes, tales como CORES, CNMC, Ministerio y cualquier otra entidad.

04.

Expedientes

Entrega de todos los expedientes de programación y nominación en las diferentes infraestructuras de la red de transporte (TVB, PVB, US).

05.

Registration

Registro y envío a plataforma electrónica del operador del sistema (Mercado Secundario) de operaciones de compra

Actualización

Actualización constante de la información publicada por Enagás GTS (Notas de operación, información relevante del Sistema Gasista, nuevos peajes en vigor…).

Gestionar y controlar las existencias mínimas de seguridad de carácter estratégico de obligado cumplimiento por la Corporación de Reservas Estratégicas de Productos petrolíferos (CORES)

Previsión de la demanda: Previsión de la demanda a corto y largo plazo en función de la evolución del número de clientes, utilizando un modelo de previsión actualizado con la información crítica (temperaturas, zona geográfica, histórico de consumos…), ayudando a minimizar los desbalances que derivan en penalizaciones.

Pricing configuration: Calculation and presentation of the logistics costs of the different services according to tolls.
Gestión operativa del balance.

- - - Gestionar los contratos, nominaciones, compras y ventas de gas necesarias para ajustar el balance diario.
    - Entregar todos los archivos de programación y nominación en las diferentes infraestructuras de red de transporte al Gestor Técnico del Sistema.
    - Registro y envío a la plataforma electrónica del operador del sistema (Mercado secundario) de operaciones de compra y venta.
    - Chequeo diario del balance comercial (TVB, AVB, PVB) y repartos. (Plan invernal, EEMM AA. SS, carga de cisternas, Circular 8/2010 y Circular 2/2020).
    - Actualización balances y repartos m+3 y m+15 (calendarios).
    - Chequeo de las facturas de MIBGAS y desbalances.

Reporting Regulatorio. Realización de todas las obligaciones de informes regulatorios en relación con la actividad de comercialización de gas natural ante las autoridades competentes.

SERCOMGAS will carry out the management of procedures and formalities necessaries for the authorisation and delivery of a direct consumer licence in the established format. Carry out all necessary actions for the correct development of the activity with Enagás, Mibgas, the distribution company, the Directorate General for Energy Policy and Mines ("DGPEM"), the Ministry for Ecological Transition and Demographic Challenge ("MITECO"), the National Markets and Competition Commission (CNMC) and the Corporation of Strategic Reserves of Petroleum Products (CORES) and any other entity involved in the process.

Monitoring of consumption forecasts for each supply point.

Checking and monitoring of invoices from MIBGAS, Enagás and the distributor.

06.

Monitoring and control of the guarentees account required to operate.
